★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo local, levei meu carro pra instalar trava elétrica com o kit que já havia comprado pelo mercado car, específico do meu veículo (foi feito para o Corsa pois tem as chapas para usar furação original), colocar alarme (comprado pelo mercado car junto com as travas) e vidro elétrico nas portas frontais. O orçamento passado foi de 770 reais, sendo 220 da instalação da trava e alarme 550 dos vidros, após ter feito o pagamento a vista e ido embora me ligam falando que não poderia fazer a instalação do vidro pq o fornecedor deles cobrou mais caro as máquinas, a desgraca já começa aí. Como o valor subriu quase 200 reais pra instalar o vidro eu mandei cancelar, depois disso voltei pra buscar o carro e fui para casa mas no outro dia quando cheguei pra usar o carro vi que a máquina de vidro do lado do passageiro estava travada, lá vai eu voltar lá pra resolver, chegando no local na hora do reparo percebo que a instalação das travas não foram feitas como pedi, eles não usaram as chapas de adaptação para os furos originais da porta (provavelmente pq não queriam desmontar o comando de trava), meteram parafuso autobrocante furando a lata da porta, prendeu como trava universal e jogaram o resto fora! Quando perguntei o porque não foi instalado com o kit das chapas falaram que "não servia" pro meu carro, sendo que é um kit específico pra ele! Os motores são universais mas as chapas são cortadas pra esse carro, fora que são vendido por uma loja grande se não servisse eles não iriam vender, outro ponto é que na hora de ligar pra falar que não vai cumprir meu orçamento mesmo já estando pago eles sabem mas na hora de ligar e avisar que o kit "supostamente não serve" aí fica difícil, ou seja, nem se quer eu poderia trocar o kit caso realmente não servisse, e a justificativa é que as portas já estavam desmontadas por isso não ligaram pra mim, descaso total! Fora que o alarme que comprei tive que terminar de configurar em casa pq não ativaram a função presença do controle, além de terem jogado fora a caixa e o manual e um bloqueador que estava instalado no carro e que pedi para deixar guardado, quando perguntei desses item foram caçar no lixo pra me entregar. E depois de tudo isso o que eles fazem é pegar as chapas que não tinham usado, jogar tudo num saco e falar "vai lá no mercado car trocar" como se pudesse trocar só metade do kit que foi vendido. Ou seja, atendimento terrível, faz um serviço porco e tem total descaso com o cliente!! Isso que dá procurar lugar por preço, nem nota fiscal me deram, nem menos um recibo, agora imagina se preciso de garantia desse serviço como seria. Quer preço baixo e serviço lixo? Vai lá na japa sound, agora se quiser qualidade, trabalho honesto e bom atendimento então procura outro lugar, mesmo que seja 50 ou 100 reais mais caro.

When I asked why it wasn't installed with the plate kit, they said it "wouldn't work" for my car, since it's a specific kit for him! The motors are universal but the plates are cut for this car, besides that they are sold by a large store, if it didn't fit, they wouldn't sell, another point is that when I call to say that I won't meet my budget even though they're already paid you know, but when you call and tell them that the kit "supposedly doesn't work" then it gets difficult, that is, I couldn't even change the kit if it really didn't, and the justification is that the doors were already disassembled so they didn't turn on for me, total neglect! Besides, the alarm I bought had to finish configuring at home because they didn't activate the presence of the control, in addition to having thrown away the box and the manual and a blocker that was installed in the car and that I asked to keep stored, when I asked about these item went hunting in the trash to deliver it to me. And after all that, what they do is take the plates they hadn't used, throw them all in a bag and say "go to the market for a car and change" as if they could only exchange half of the kit that was sold. In other words, terrible service, poor service and total disregard for the customer!! That's what it's like looking for a place by price, they didn't even give me an invoice, not even a receipt, now imagine if I need a guarantee for this service, as it would be. Want low price and junk service? Go to japa sound, now if you want quality, honest work and good service then look elsewhere, even if it's 50 or 100 reais more expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei na loja e perguntei qnt me cobrariam para instalar um alarme , o rapaz me passou o orçamento de r$ 60 ,00 , após executar o serviço me cobraram r$80,00, porém nao reclamei achei barato pelo trabalho. O rapaz que me atendeu disse que meu carro nao tinha modulo de subida de vidros , que para subir os vidros no Automatico teria que comprar, estranhei e apos retirar o carro parei em outra loja (audiocar)rapaz configurou o alarme e me cobrou só um café….
Além de tudo nao me devolveram a tampinha original da minha chave e arranharam a chave toda para retira-la e colocar a cabeça da chave que eu tinha comprado….
