★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a oficina e agendei um serviço para o dia 17/09. Levei o carro as 10hs e estava cheio. Avisei o proprietário que a hora que chegasse minha vez me avisasse que levaria o carro em 3 minutos pois moro perto. As 16hs da tarde liguei e me disseram que não dava mais pra mexer no carro...voltei a oficina e percebi um grande descaso comigo,pois .me disse que eu deveria ter deixado o carro pois só assim ele mexeria. MAS SE AGeNDEI O SERVICO, QUAL A DIFERENCA ? ERA só ter me avisado que iria prontamente a oficina. Falta de respeito e bom senso. Tirei toda a churrasqueira do carro para o serviço, fiquei esperando o dia todo me ligarem , TIREI O DIA de folga e fizeram pouco caso....uma pena pois fui por indicação de um amigo..
I went to the workshop and scheduled a service for 9/17. I took the car at 10 am and it was full. I told the owner that when the time came for me to tell me that I would take the car in 3 minutes because I live nearby. At 4 pm I called and they told me I couldn't move the car anymore ... I went back to the workshop and noticed a great disregard for me, because. He told me that I should have left the car because only then would he move. BUT IF I AGREED THE SERVICE, WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE? It was just to have told me that I was going to the workshop promptly. Lack of respect and common sense. I took the whole grill out of the car for the service, I was waiting all day to be called, I took the day off and paid little attention .... a pity because I went by a friend's recommendation ..
