★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um Nakano boat no valor de 80,90 reais. De 39 peças, vieram 12 uramakis gelados, provavelmente sobra do almoço, horrível, com o arroz empastado. Detalhe: a loja estava vazia, não havia espera, ou seja, esperava sushis feitos na hora!! Espero que fiquem atentos a esta crítica para não perderem mais clientes.
I ordered a Nakano boat worth 80.90 reais. Out of 39 pieces, 12 ice-cold uramakis came, probably leftover from lunch, horrible, with sticky rice. Detail: the store was empty, there was no waiting, that is, I expected freshly made sushi !! I hope you stay tuned to this criticism so you don't lose more customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que salva as 3 estrelas foi o atendimento e o ceviche de salmão que estava extremamente delicioso. Não tivemos uma experiência muito boa em relação ao poke. Pedimos um poke de ceviche de salmão e outro de salmão grelhado, os dois tinha na descrição sunomono (que significa pepino japonês em uma conserva de vinagre) e o que tínhamos era um pepino sem tempero nenhum apenas com gergilim em cima e um pouco de sal, péssimo. O salmão que veio grelhado estava com um espinho, o que pode ser muito perigoso se a pessoa não come devagar. Pedi também uma porção de shimeji que eu amo, no valor de 23 reais, e veio com um cheiro muito forte de azedo, mas mesmo assim experimentei, por que podia ser só o cheiro mas também estava com um gosto horrível, peguei o prato e fui reclamar, com a atendente que foi super atenciosa e educada do caixa me ofereceu para trocar por um novo, aceitei e veio menos pior, pelo menos consegui comer, mas ainda sim bem abaixo do sabor dos shimejis que costumo comer. Até o meu que eu faço em casa ficou muito melhor.
What saves the 3 stars was the service and the salmon ceviche, which was extremely delicious. We didn't have a very good experience with poke. We ordered a salmon ceviche poke and a grilled salmon poke, both had the description sunomono (which means Japanese cucumber in a pickled vinegar) and what we had was a cucumber without any seasoning, just sesame on top and a little salt , terrible. The salmon that came grilled had a thorn, which can be very dangerous if you don't eat slowly. I also ordered a portion of shimeji that I love, worth 23 reais, and it came with a very strong sour smell, but I tried it anyway, because it could be just the smell but it also tasted awful, I took the dish and I went to complain, with the cashier who was super helpful and polite and offered me to change it for a new one, I accepted and it came less worse, at least I managed to eat, but still well below the taste of the shimejis I usually eat. Even mine that I make at home is much better.
