O atendente foi indelicado com meu filho que lia o cardapio “ isso não é para criança, ele pode rasgar”, a menina que preparava o prato, o fazia sem vontade do tipo que está de “saco cheio”, por fim quando quis cadastrar meus pontos no clube spoleto “ o sistema está fora do ar”.
The food remains the same, very good. The service at the store at the iguatemi barueri mall. Terrible. The attendant was impolite with my son who read the menu “this is not for children, he can tear it up”, the girl who prepared the dish, did it unwillingly, the type who is “fed up”, finally when I wanted to register my points at the spoleto club “the system is down”.

Tudo ficou limitado, pedi outro canudo e tive que justificar que era porque o anterior simplesmente amoleceu em contato com o suco (canudo de papelão). Controlam o queijo ralado, reduziram a quantidade de opcoes (de 8 para 6) e visivelmente a oferta de macarrão. Além disso o atendimento da loja Iguatemi é terrivel. Os atendentes parecem estar cansados e sem vontade de atender. Pessimo. Se puder avalie outras opções. Triste porque gostaba muito do Spoleto.
Spoleto has changed. For the worse. The service worsened a lot. Everything was limited, I asked for another straw and had to justify that it was because the previous one just softened in contact with the juice (cardboard straw). They control grated cheese, reduced the number of options (from 8 to 6) and noticeably the supply of pasta. In addition, the service at the Iguatemi store is terrible. The attendants seem to be tired and unwilling to answer. Terrible. If you can evaluate other options. Sad because I liked Spoleto a lot.

E pior que o Ifood tambem nao resolve nada!
A gente fica sem saber se vai haver entrega ou não e ainda tem que fazer o pagamento antes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito total , fiz o pedido pelo iFood já está atrasado a uma hora não ligaram , não deram satisfação e eu com criança pequeno aguardando, ligo para o telefone chama até cair , deveriam perder a franquia , total falta de respeito com os clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi o risoto de camarão com molho siciliano, e veio 4 camarões ainda por cima estava salgado.
Questionei o atendente sobre a quantidade de camarão que estava muito pouco, pois já pedi esse mesmo prato outras duas vezes e não era assim.
Ele disse que estava correto que era essa quantidade.
Achei um ABSURDO pois que comi lá e sei que não é essa miséria de camarão. Enfim… perdeu uma cliente !
I ordered the shrimp risotto with Sicilian sauce, and it came with 4 shrimp and it was salty on top.
I asked the attendant about the amount of shrimp that was very little, because I've already ordered this same dish twice and it wasn't like that.
He said he was correct that it was that amount.
I thought it was ABSURD because I ate there and I know it's not that shrimp misery. Anyway… lost a customer!
