Solicitei 60 hots Philadelphia crocante no app e vieram Rolls, aí tinha uma promoção que eu ganhava 12 hots crocantes e vieram gelados pra completar vieram faltando 4 peças, solicitei a troca e simplesmente cagaram pra minha solicitação, não recomendo pra ninguém.

Minha experiência foi horrível. Hoje dia 02/03/2022 realizei um pedido as 20:45 e são 23:02 e não me respondem pelo whatsapp e o telefone fixo chama chama e ninguém atende. Foi bem decepcionante.

Péssima experiência! Fiz um pedido 13:11, recebi um dos itens impossível de consumir, demoraram séculos para resolver alegando que não tinha ninguém da supervisão/gerência. Quando resolveram me dar uma posição, responderam dizendo q isso era normal.

Fiz um pedido ontem, os hot estavam gostosos, mas o shashimi, nao conseguiamos abrir o potinho, de tanto q tava fedendo, totalmente estragado.. Mandei mag avisei, ngm se sequer pede desculpa. Nao ia levar adiante, mas entrei aqui e fiquei perplexa c a avaliações.

Experiência péssima, não recomendo que comprem. Comida demorou 1h e 30 minutos de atraso, quando chegou a comida estava toda revirada, fui ao local devolver, me surpreendi com tamanha sujeira na entrada, cheiro forte de esgoto, a cozinha vc consegue ver da recepção, todos trabalhando sem máscara, manipulando alimento sem luvas, total falta de higiene.... Vigilância sanitária tem que ir lá urgente!!!!

Quase um crime! Atrasaram meu pedido em 1 hora, rolls tamanho mini, temaki desmontado e parece que sacudiram a embalagem antes de entregar. Pra ficar ruim tem que melhorar muito rs. Espero que feche em breve, forte abraço.

Comprei pelo ifood na unidade Méier, o pedido era de 48 rolls e um sushi de salmão, o pedido atrasou 20 minutos para chegar e quando abri tive a horrível surpresa de ter sido enviado apenas 24 hotfiladelfia, o shusi e os dois harumakis que vieram de brinde, e os rolls enviados tão finos que quase da pra ver do outro lado, tanto que couberam em apenas uma embalagem. Tentei por telefone contato é pelo chat do ifood, não consegui por nenhuma via. Fica aqui minha indignação e minha não indicação! Para ter uma ideia da porção minúscula, além de vir faltando, pesado com a embalagem não chega nem a 300 grama.

Bom pessoal, senta que lá vai textão. Estava eu procurando um japonês para comer na sexta a noite. Então apareceu o japartiu, fiz meus pedidos e finalizei. Não tinha reparado nas avaliações, cada pessoa contando suas histórias de pedido. Recebi o pedido e, ao abrir, reparei que estava faltando o Yakisoba. Imediatamente entrei em contato com o restaurante e eles se desculparam e me enviaram o item faltante. Em relação a comida: estava tudo bem gostoso, o hot estava crocante de verdade, os skins estavam bem gostosos (acho que pode poderia ter mais recheio), o Yakisoba veio quentinho e saboroso. Sobre a entrega: o motorista chegou 5 minutos atrasado (o que é nada) e foi bem educado.
