Por telefone fui bem atendido, Mas quando cheguei no local para retirar o equipamento a pessoa que me recebeu foi extremamente grosseira e não consegui nem retirar o equipamento desejado ... Tive que buscar outro fornecedor de última hora... Isso já me aconteceu duas vezes nesse mesmo estabelecimento..
Tive que encontrar outro fornecedor....

By phone I was well attended, But when I arrived at the place to remove the equipment, the person who received me was extremely rude and I couldn't even remove the desired equipment... I had to look for another supplier at the last minute... This has happened to me twice times in the same establishment..

Retirei a lavadora em 29/01/22
Ida e volta mais ou menos 90 km.Zona leste,até Oficina.
Chegando em casa fui usar,a lavadora não desligava quando soltava o gatilho da mangueira.Tive que levar de volta pra fazer o reparo.sugiro que ao entregar o equipamento ao cliente, seja testado na presença do mesmo, para evitar transtorno como ocorreu hoje. Ok.

I removed the washing machine on 01/29/22
Round trip more or less 90 km. East zone, until Oficina.
When I got home I went to use it, the washer would not turn off when I released the hose trigger. I had to take it back for repairs. I suggest that when delivering the equipment to the customer, it is tested in their presence, to avoid inconvenience as happened today. OK.
