Ao comprar os Pneus na Imola me recomendaram ir na pneubox fazer a troca pois ganhava a montagem e alinhamento... Chegando la ja fui informado que ficaria em 120 a troca com balanceamento... ai fui informado que precisava trocar o kit da suspenção... eu não quis.. ai falaram q n daria alinhamento... foram fazer o alinhamento vieram cobrar 60 reais cada pneu para alinhar... eu informeu q na iria realizar pois qndo fosse trocar a peça com defeito q ele informou eu iria precisar alinhar novamente... ele me informou q n precisaria... ali ja tive a certeza que o q realmente importava ali é o quanto conseguem tirar dos seus clientes...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando você chega na loja é super bem atendido. Mas quando vc diz que foi lá pra eles fazerem a montagem gratuita dos pneus que foi comprado em outro lugar que eles tem um convênio pronto. Agora limitaram o horário pra esse serviço cheguei lá faltando 15 minutos. O cara me atendeu e me disse assim falta 15 minutos.. sentou e voltou a mexer no celular... Agora sobre o serviço... Querem concertar o carro inteiro. Antes de levarem o carro lá. Verifiquem o bico da roda. Já observei que toda vez que vc chega com um estepe vazio o bico estraga e precisa ser trocado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente deles há vários anos e na última compra tive problema com um pneu que deu defeito e eles disseram que eu teria que esperar 10 dias pq a fábrica não estava fabricando. Então eu liguei na outra loja e eles tinha para vender. Voltei a ligar para essa loja e me disseram que eles não podiam pegar da outra loja mesmo eu argumentando que qdo comprei ele teve que buscar na outra loja pq não tinha lá. Enfom, vou ter que esperar mais 7 dias para ter meu pneu de volta. O atendimento no pós venda e humilhante, eles são rude e grosseiros com o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento foi bom,mas tinha pouco funcionário e tive espera 2 horas, e disse tinha feito kit alinhamento, balanceamento e cambagem do carro.
Não fez balanceamento pq carro vibra todo chega 120 km/h.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de fazer uma revisão geral eles são ótimos, agora as duas homocineticas que eles colocaram vieram com defeito! Quando o assunto é relacionado a troca de peça na garantia eles são um c.u .! Não recomendo eles pra ninguém.! E outra, o mecânico deles tem um jeito de ser muito “espertão” .!
