★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo alugar imóveis por aqui, empresa 0 credibilidade, não oferece suporte algum pro inquilino, experiência horrível com eles ,sem falar nas taxas que nos enfiam mas não falam no início do contrato.
 I don't recommend renting properties around here, 0 credibility company, doesn't offer any support for the tenant, horrible experience with them, not to mention the rates that they send us but they don't mention at the beginning of the contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No começo para que se loque o espaço, super bem não tenho oque reclamar do cara que me atendeu o Renato super atencioso e tal, mais depois que vc está dentro tudo é uma burocracia para se resolver, parece que você não tem nenhum valor mais para eles, fiz inúmeros pedidos de ajuda referente a questões de melhoria ou até mesmo precisão, sempre a mesma conversa, tem que ver, aguarde, e nos final nada!
Você não tem razão em nada e na hora de cobrar se atrasar não falha o boleto né!
Tenho também meus direito e não preciso passar por isso!
A onde já se viu pedir pra que eu suba no telhado para ver se a calha está entupida a casa tem dois andares, nem pra enviar um colaborador deles mesmo dar uma atenção !

In the beginning, so that the space can be leased, I really don't have anything to complain about the guy who attended me, Renato was super attentive and such, but after you're inside, everything is a bureaucracy to resolve, it seems that you have no value anymore to they, I made numerous requests for help regarding issues of improvement or even accuracy, always the same conversation, have to see, wait, and in the end nothing!
You're not right in anything and when it's time to charge you if you're late, the ticket doesn't fail, right!
I also have my rights and I don't need to go through that!
The one where I have been asked to go up on the roof to see if the gutter is clogged, the house has two floors, not even to send an employee of theirs to pay attention!
I do not recommend !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi uma ótima experiência no atendimento, tanto das atendentes Letícia e outra que não me recordo o nome, quanto do corretor GUILHERME LORENZO, super atencioso sana todas as dúvidas com educação e muita paciência, como foi minha primeira vez alugando por imobiliária tinha muitas dúvidas que foram sanadas por ele, pelas atendentes e pela MARIA, muito educada tbm. Procure por ele para fechar negócios não vão se arrepender, pode ser uma casa de milhares até mais simples como a minha vai ser tratado com muita educação e respeito. Só não dia 5 estrelas pois, já tinha ligado outra vez, e me passaram para o corretor RENATO, que diferente dos outros foi super estúpido e grosseiro comigo, me senti bem maltratada até porque eu estava procurando o serviço dele, e não ao contrário, foi super grosso no telefone não me deu atenção nem da primeira e nem da segunda vez que liguei, talvez por não ser uma casa tão cara ele achou que eu não merecia o atendimento devido, pra mim eu não teria que ficar correndo atrás dele, e nem esperando pois como disse eu estava procurando o serviços dele e não ao contrário, não recomendo passar com ele, se poder já peça para ser atendida pelo Guilherme, vai te dar um suporte incrível, eu só continuei nessa imbobiliaria pois, as meninas me trataram muito bem, ele simplesmente cancelou comigo só porque eu liguei pra fazer uma pergunta, eu consegui ouvir ele falando no telefone com a atendente super grosseiro, além de ser ríspido comigo no whatsapp. Apesar disso como eu disse, as outras pessoas que trabalham lá, vão te atender muito bem, e com eficiência. Agora vou aguardar para ver como vai ser a partir do momento que eu entrar na casa, desde já agradeço o pessoal que soube me atender isso é muito valioso pra mim.

Look for him to close deals you won't regret it, it can be a house of thousands even simpler like mine will be treated with great politeness and respect. I just didn't give it 5 stars because I had already called again, and they passed me on to the RENATO broker, who, unlike the others, was super stupid and rude to me, I felt really mistreated because I was looking for his service, and not the other way around, he was super rude on the phone, he didn't pay me attention either the first or the second time I called, maybe because it's not such an expensive house he thought I didn't deserve the service I needed, for me I wouldn't have to keep chasing him, and not waiting because as I said I was looking for his services and not the other way around, I do not recommend going with him, if you can, ask to be attended by Guilherme, he will give you incredible support, I only continued in this imbobiliaria because the girls treated me very well, he just canceled with me just because i called to ask a question, i could hear him talking on the phone with the super rude operator, besides being rude to me on whatsapp. Despite that, as I said, the other people who work there will serve you very well, and efficiently. Now I will wait to see how it will be from the moment I enter the house, I thank the staff who knew how to assist me, this is very valuable to me.
