Fiz um pedido confirme cardápio, confirmei com a atendente antes, e veio hambúrguer completamente diferente!
Detalhe, preço do hambúrguer artesanal de costela é o mesmo que aquelea simples de mercado!
É uma pena! Perde totalmente a credibilidade!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente a mais de 3 anos, sempre gostei de frequentar o estabelecimento, porém, hoje pedi 5 esfirras de carne, e estava com sabor de estragado. Chamei a garçonete, a mesma foi falar com o gerente, e me retornou falando que o gerente viria falar comigo, fiquei esperando, até que me senti constrangido, me levantei, paguei minha conta e fui embora. Experiência péssima!
Não volto mais... Comida é coisa séria, é questão de saúde pública.
I've been a customer for more than 3 years, I've always enjoyed going to the establishment, however, today I ordered 5 esfirras of meat, and it tasted spoiled. I called the waitress, she went to talk to the manager, and she returned saying that the manager would come to talk to me, I was waiting, until I felt embarrassed, I got up, paid my bill and left. Bad experience!
I won't be back... Food is a serious matter, it's a matter of public health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizemos pedido hoje de um Beirute e uma porção de batatas as 23:57 , esperamos por volta de 1 hora para entregar , ligaram e falaram que ocorreu um imprevisto mas que o pedido chegaria dentro de 20 minutos, (01:11) não passou 5 minutos simplesmente cancelaram o pedido , depois de mais de uma hora esperando, achei uma falta de respeito do estabelecimento com nós clientes (funcionários super educados)pois estamos esperando um tempão e simplesmente cancelam o pedido , meu esposo entrou em contato com o restaurante e foi buscar o pedido, veio super frio e as batatas vieram marchas , fiquei chateada pois minha filha de 3 aninhos está dodoi e estava com fome queria muito comer batata frita e quando chegou estava gelada e murcha
We ordered a Beirut and a portion of potatoes today at 11:57 pm, we waited around 1 hour to deliver, they called and said that an unforeseen occurred but that the order would arrive within 20 minutes, (01:11) it didn't pass 5 minutes they simply canceled the order, after more than an hour waiting, I found a lack of respect from the establishment towards us customers (super polite employees) because we have been waiting for a long time and they simply cancel the order, my husband contacted the restaurant and it was pick up the order, it came super cold and the potatoes came fast, I was upset because my 3-year-old daughter is crazy and was hungry I really wanted to eat fries and when it arrived it was cold and withered
