★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível!!!!! Estou a mais de uma semana esperando meu pedido que se encontra na transportadora e eles simplesmente já mudaram 3 vezes a data da entrega... profissionalismo ZEROOOOOO. Difícil até a comunicação, pois não tem nenhum número para contato.
 Horrible!!!!! I have been waiting for my order on the carrier for over a week and they have simply changed the delivery date 3 times ... professionalism ZEROOOOOO. Difficult even to communicate, because there is no number to contact.

Minha esposa esperava uma encomenda de um cliente deles - Natura, no qual 11 horas da manhã já estava no rastreio como entregue as 15:50, sendo que ainda era 11 da manhã. O pior ainda vinha por acontecer, entregaram em um endereço que não era o meu. O morador de outro bairro cujo o numero da casa é igual o meu finalizou o trabalho que a JB não concluiu, deixou na minha residência a encomenda.
Highly complicated communication company. My wife was waiting for an order from a client of theirs - Natura, in which 11 am was already in the screening as delivered at 15:50, and it was still 11 am. The worst was yet to happen, they delivered it to an address that was not mine. The resident of another neighborhood whose house number is the same as mine completed the work that JB did not complete, leaving the order in my house.

Meus pedidos da Avon eram pra chegar dia 04/10/2021 e hoje são 11/10/2021 e nada de chegar.
Entrei no APP e fiquei sabendo que a caixa foi retida pela transportadora e o pior é que não entram em contato e nem disponilizam contatos para informações precisas.

Horrible.... carrier with bad location, difficult and worse that doesn't have phone to contact.
My orders from Avon were to arrive on 10/04/2021 and today are 10/11/2021 and nothing to arrive.
I entered the APP and learned that the box was retained by the carrier and the worst thing is that they do not make contact or make available contacts for precise information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa trabalha com funcionários sem honestidade. Extraviaram a minha caixa de pedidos da natura. Depois de mais 3 meses entrando em contato com a Natura para saber dos meus pedidos eles decidiram me reembolsar, porém eu queria meus produtos. Empresa de difícil comunicação. Nunca consegui falar com nenhum responsável pelo setor de entregas dessa empresa. LAMENTÁVEL.
Company works with employees who are not honest. They lost my natura order box. After another 3 months contacting Natura to find out about my orders they decided to refund me, but I wanted my products. Company difficult to communicate. I never got to talk to anyone responsible for the delivery department of this company. UNFORTUNATE.
