★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, a atendente mantém o telefone fora do gancho, minha encomenda passou 10 dias úteis antes de sair para a entrega, 10 dias úteis parada aí, saiu de são Paulo, chegou aqui em Teresina com 3 dias, mas ficou parado, eles não fazem mais do que o mínimo possível para o consumidor, diferente de outras transportadoras que contratei, mais baratas incluse, que entregam o pedido no dia seguinte após chegar na cidade, NÃO RECOMENDO, TIVE UMA GRANDE DOR DE CABEÇA
Poor service, the attendant keeps the phone off the hook, my order spent 10 working days before leaving for delivery, 10 working days stopped there, left São Paulo, arrived here in Teresina with 3 days, but stayed still, they didn't do more than the minimum possible for the consumer, unlike other carriers I hired, cheaper incluse, who deliver the order the next day after arriving in the city, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I HAD A BIG HEADACHE
