★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um kit de embreagem para caminhão MB, já no começo houve duvidas sobre o código do produto no qual eu informei um e me passaram outro, informando que os kits do Axor e Actros são compatíveis, efetuei a compra da peça, houve o tempo da logística de Sorocaba até nossa base e a mercadoria foi recebida, ao tentarmos instalar a peça, o veiculo não funcionou e entramos em contato com a empresa , que através do seu suporte falou diretamente com nossa equipe de manutenção, no qual conta com um técnico especializado e funcionário de uma concessionária MB e mesmo assim não foi possível instalar o kit, não resolvendo emitimos a NF de devolução, no qual a empresa não aceitou pois alega que o produto não tem defeito, Não existe parceria com o cliente, o dono Sr.William é uma pessoa extremamente arrogante, que não faz a menor questão de fidelizar seus clientes. NÃO RECOMENDO A EMPRESA!
I bought a clutch kit for an MB truck, at the beginning there were doubts about the product code in which I informed one and they gave me another one, informing me that the Axor and Actros kits are compatible, I made the purchase of the part, there was the time for logistics from Sorocaba to our base and the goods were received, when we tried to install the part, the vehicle did not work and we contacted the company, which through its support spoke directly to our maintenance team, which has a specialized technician and an employee of an MB dealership and even so it was not possible to install the kit, not solving, we issued a return invoice, which the company did not accept because it claims that the product is not defective. There is no partnership with the customer, the owner Mr. William is an extremely arrogant person, who doesn't care about customer loyalty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE COMPANY!
