★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regina Alvim, lamentamos muito pelas suas considerações em relação ao tratamento ao seu cão Golden...pelo q a veterinária particular pôde avaliar qdo vc a chamou, que era uma alergia/dermatite, nada relacionado a maus tratos...e o canil não se pronunciou em relação a uma nova avaliação veterinária e suporte , visto q vc disse q ele já estava até em tratamento qdo nos informou do ocorrido...pedimos desculpas pelo mau entendido e estamos a disposição.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local muito agradável e muito limpo. Há diferentes espaços de acordo com o porte do animal. Minha cachorra se transformou. Está muito alegre, consegue descarregar toda a energia, e o melhor, está em ótimas mãos.
Very nice and very clean place. There are different spaces according to the size of the animal. My dog has changed. He is very happy, manages to discharge all his energy, and the best part is in great hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 estrelas. Entreguei um cachorro saudável e recebi um cachorro todo machucado. Colocaram a culpa no cachorro. Meu cachorro está tomando antibiótico desde que saiu de lá, não deram apoio nenhum, só transferiram a responsabilidade pro cão dizendo que o mesmo é agitado. Agitação nenhuma provoca feridas como as que ele tem! Está sofrendo de dor e super agressivo, avançado em nós donos ao tentar cuidar. Esse local nunca mais. E aos que me perguntam, não recomendo! Não deram apoio nenhum! Cadê a veterinária responsável pelo local? Não recomendo . Preserve seu animal. Leve em outro local. O barato sai caro.

My dog has been taking antibiotics since leaving, they have not given any support, they have just transferred the responsibility to the dog saying it is agitated. No shaking causes wounds like the ones he has! It is suffering from pain and super aggressive, advanced in us owners when trying to take care. This place never again. And to those who ask me, I do not recommend it! They gave no support! Where's the local vet? I do not recommend . Preserve your animal. Take it elsewhere. The cheap is expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei horário horário para banho e tosa ,fiquei mas de 20 minutos batendo no portão e ligando ,a atendente solicitou que eu esperasse no portão que já vinham atender eu fiquei igual uma tonta ,falta de respeito aos clientes.
