★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O trabalho de Aliamento e Balanciamento EXELENTE, perfeito, não tenho o que reclamar. Já uma simples troca de óleo de uma S10 LTZ 2.8 2014 não tive o mesmo atendimento. As peças não são originais. Não acompanham o manual do veículo. Trocam o óleo e não trocam o anel de vedação do bujão do cárter, trocaram da minha pq insistir e foram buscar na Chevrolet (pelo menos me disseram que foi). Dúvida na quantidade de litros que vai no motor, uns falavam que era 6 outros 6,8 litros. Quase bateram o carro na pilastra da oficina (por pouco mesmo), queriam subir o veículo no elevador de forma errada, até que veio outro mecânico e disse que tava errado e corria risco do veículo despencar. O funcionário que fica no guichê de peças teimou que não precisa trocar o anel de vedação do bujão do cárter, mostrei no manual que é necessário a cada troca de óleo, ele disse que tem os manuais dos carros (só não usa) e insistiu que só troca quando há vazamentos, sendo que a troca é exatamente para previnir o vazamento. Ainda o mesmo funcionário, insiste em dizer que passa MIL pick-up S10 na oficina e nunca deu problemas. A minha só volta nessa lojinha pra fazer balanciamento e aliamento, que volto a repetir, esse serviço é de qualidade o resto, uma bosta. Pra quem acha que o serviço é bom, leia o manual do veículo e fica observando o trabalho dos mecânicos !
 The EXELENT Alignment and Balancing work, perfect, I have nothing to complain about. Already a simple oil change of an S10 LTZ 2.8 2014 did not have the same service. The pieces are not original. They do not accompany the vehicle manual. Change the oil and do not change the sealing ring of the crankcase plug, changed my pq insist and went to get Chevrolet (at least they told me it was). Doubt in the amount of liters that goes in the engine, some said it was 6 others 6.8 liters. They almost crashed the car on the workshop's pillar (just barely), they wanted to lift the vehicle in the wrong way, until another mechanic came and said it was wrong and there was a risk of the vehicle falling. The employee at the parts counter insisted that he doesn't need to change the crankcase sealing ring, I showed in the manual that it is necessary for each oil change, he said he has the manuals for the cars (he just doesn't use them) and insisted that it only changes when there are leaks, and the change is exactly to prevent the leak. Still the same employee, insists on saying that MIL passes S10 pick-up in the workshop and never gave problems. Mine only comes back to this store to make balancing and alignment, which I repeat again, this service is of quality the rest, crap. For those who think the service is good, read the vehicle's manual and watch the mechanics work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enrolam demais para fazer coisas simples. Parece que pegam mais serviço do que da conta de atender. Recomendo procurarem outra oficina.
They go too far to do simple things. It seems they take more work than the answering bill. I recommend looking for another workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou deixa aqui um relato para que melhore a qualificação dos profissional, meu carro prisma, aqueceu o motor e estourou uma mangueira de água que fica sobre o motor, a seguradora perguntou se gostaria de leva o carro para Jcar Porto Seguro, falei que sim já que era indicação da seguradora, chegando lá fizeram a avaliação do meu carro falou que o motor tinha queimado a junta do cabeçote(ficaria R$4.500,00), fiquei achando estranho mais como dúvida vindo de um profissional, trousse para mim uma vela molhada com água, deixei o carro lá fui para casa, dia seguinte procurei outro mecânico para leva o carro, o outro mecânico vez os testes disse que a junta não tinha queimando somente erra o catalizador que tava com problema na cerâmica interna, colocou o aparelho de monitoramento do sistema e deixou tudo organizado! Vou nem falar o valor porque e muito diferente do anterior! Por favor isto e para uma referência para melhora os profissionais!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo com quem disse q pegam.mais serviço do q conseguem fazer... Pedem um prazo para realizar o serviço, o prazo vence e nada do serviço ficar pronto. Recomendo buscar outra oficina.
I agree with those who said q pegam.more service than they can do... They ask for a deadline to perform the service, the deadline expires and nothing of the service is ready. I recommend looking for another workshop.
