Levei uma lavadora de alta pressão Makita para ser consertada na NatalTec, que é a autorizada dessa marca aqui em Natal, e eles me orçaram o serviço em quase R$ 1.100,00 para trocar o motor e um capacitor. Por achar o orçamento caro demais, levei a lavadora em outra empresa, e para minha surpresa foi detectado que o defeito da lavadora era somente o capacitor que tinha queimado. Nessa nova empresa paguei R$ 156,62 referentes a: R$ 90,00 mão de obra (desmontagem, montagem e substituição do capacitor) e R$ 66,62 referente ao capacitor. Depois do conserto minha lavadora voltou a funcionar perfeitamente.
Diante do acima exposto, não recomendo a ninguém, a empresa NATALTEC, que apenas visa o máximo de lucro, através de seus falsos orçamentos. Ressalto ainda que a NATALTEC não tem compromisso com a satisfação de seus clientes e visar apenas o lucro indevido e abusivo. OBS. Só dei uma estrela, porque é a única forma de postar o comentário. Essa não merece estrela alguma.
LAST COMPANY. I took a Makita pressure washer to be repaired at NatalTec, which is the authorized one for this brand here in Natal, and they budgeted the service for me at almost R $ 1,100.00 to change the motor and a capacitor. Because I found the budget too expensive, I took the washer at another company, and to my surprise it was detected that the washer's defect was only the capacitor that had burnt out. In this new company I paid R $ 156.62 for: R $ 90.00 for labor (disassembly, assembly and replacement of the capacitor) and R $ 66.62 for the capacitor. After the repair, my washing machine returned to working perfectly.
In view of the above, I do not recommend anyone, the company NATALTEC, which only aims for maximum profit, through its false budgets. I also emphasize that NATALTEC is not committed to the satisfaction of its customers and is aimed only at undue and abusive profit. OBS. I only gave one star, because it is the only way to post the comment. That doesn't deserve any stars.
