 I tried to call literally 10x and I just can't speak to anyone because the calls always drop, regardless of the option selected. Maybe I'll change my assessment if I ever get a phone call!

Excellent experience !!! It was my first time on the Tecar Jeep, the third revision of a Jeep Renegade. I called, scheduled an appointment and was attended at the scheduled time. Consultant Jesse was fantastic. Polite, attentive, helpful. My first experience at Tecar was great. I recommend, look for Jesse, guarantee of a great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 13 de novembro de 2020, após um mês com o carro na Tecar Jeep para avaliação de uma pane no motor (Jeep com 26000km apenas, com revisão feita há menos de um ano, correia e outros acessórios trocados na própria Tecar PREVENTIVAMENTE), recebemos um orçamento para conserto do carro no valor de R$21000,00 e solicitamos que nos fosse explicado o Diagnóstico do problema, para que pudéssemos seguir com as tratativas. Até hoje, dia 30/11/20, não recebemos resposta sobre qual é o diagnóstico, ou seja, o que foi que ocasionou falha tão grave no motor, para que possamos optar pelo reparo ou não, para entendermos e nos assegurarmos que o problema não ocorrerá novamente, colocando a nossa vida em risco a qualquer momento por um problema não explicado.
On November 13, 2020, after a month with the car in Tecar Jeep to assess an engine failure (Jeep with 26000km only, with overhaul done less than a year ago, belt and other accessories exchanged in Tecar PREVENTIVELY), we received a budget for repairing the car in the amount of R $ 21000.00 and requested that the Diagnosis of the problem be explained to us, so that we could proceed with the dealings. Until today, 11/30/20, we have not received an answer about what the diagnosis is, that is, what caused such a serious engine failure, so that we can choose to repair it or not, to understand and ensure that the problem it will not happen again, putting our lives at risk at any time for an unexplained problem.
