Péssima qualidade do serviço prestado, morei por 3 anos em um imóvel locado através da imobiliária Jeferson entreguei o imóvel em perfeito estado de conservação dia 13/08/2021 e recebi o ok sobre a vistoria e até o momento o dinheiro da caução não foi devolvido, e estão cobrando IPTU com vencimento em setembro sendo que o imóvel foi desocupado dia 07/08/2021 e a vistoria foi finalizada dia 13 do mesmo mês.
Esse ano o imóvel que é bem antigo e o banheiro não tem saída de ar foi prejudicado por uma reforma feita no apartamento de cima, reclamei e demorou mais de três meses para o conserto, o banheiro ficou mofado por meses.
A imobiliária não me informou sobre a taxa de fundo de reserva que deve ser paga pelo proprietário e por dois anos paguei, depois que soube através de terceiros e solicitei o estorno a imobiliária simplesmente falou que a proprietária se negou a pagar e ficou por isso mesmo o pagamento.

I delivered the property in perfect condition on 08/13/2021 and I received an ok about the inspection and so far the deposit money has not been returned , and are charging IPTU due in September, the property was vacated on 08/07/2021 and the inspection was completed on the 13th of the same month.
This year the property, which is very old and the bathroom has no air outlet, was damaged by a renovation made in the apartment above, I complained and it took more than three months to repair, the bathroom was moldy for months.
The real estate agent did not inform me about the reserve fund fee that must be paid by the owner and for two years I paid, after I heard from a third party and requested the refund, the real estate agent simply said that the owner refused to pay and that was it. The payment.

Estava com horário marcado para ver um apartamento, quando na hora a atendente disse que a gente ia ver o imóvel junto a outra pessoa interessada. Imagina se todos tivessem interesse, ia ser uma maratona para entregar a documentação. Achei falta de ética profissional e pouco respeito ao cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária que não mostra respeito pelos clientes, não sabe trabalhar com a população, mal informa, péssimo serviço. Eles colocam as pessoas de maratona para quem entregue primeiro a documentação é quem aluga primeiro, agendam um horário com cliente e depois juntam várias na mesma hora , minha avaliação e ruim para péssima. Não gostei, falta de profissionalismo, Não recomendo.
Real estate that doesn't show respect for customers, doesn't know how to work with the population, poorly informs, bad service. They put people in a marathon so whoever delivers the documentation first is whoever rents it first, schedule an appointment with a client and then add several at the same time, my assessment is bad to very bad.
