ter saído toda tive um BOM resultado, mais infelizmente a espera que é sempre bem demorada e o fato de passar certas pessoas na frente é bem incômodo, pois pagamos e não somos tratados por igual acredito que independente de qualquer pessoa somos cobrado por chegar no horário e se faz necessário reciprocidade no atendimento. Fiquei bem chateada com ocorrido em questão pois faltou um pouco de bom senso e igualdade de tratamento!
