The place is top, the jets are very well kept, I got to know the place today and really liked it, it's very close to the lagoon, they put on and take off the jet, the jet is very well taken care of!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos um passeio de 6hs pras cagarras saindo da Urca que foi substituído por um de 4hs com mergulho na baia de guanabara saindo da Marina da Gloria, isso pq a lancha que íamos quebrou e nas opções que nos foram dadas teríamos que pagar diferença no preço - um absurdo - ou acordar às 6h pra iniciar o passeio nais cedo. Ao invés de reduzir o valor, nos foram oferecidos copos de plástico personalizados da empresa e dois bonés. Falta de respeito e cuidado com quem contrata um servico e espera alguma qualidade e tratamento que valorize os clientes, e não que trate como um favor (afinal, esta longe de ser um serviço barato)
We hired a 6-hour tour to the shearwaters leaving Urca, which was replaced by a 4-hour tour with a dive in the guanabara bay departing from Marina da Gloria, because the boat we were going broke down and in the options we were given we would have to pay a difference in price - nonsense - or waking up at 6 am to start the tour early. Instead of reducing the value, we were offered the company's custom plastic cups and two caps. Lack of respect and care for those who hire a service and expect some quality and treatment that values customers, rather than treating them as a favor (after all, this is far from being a cheap service)
