★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meu aniversário ontem 12/09 na embarcação escuna luxo, quero compartilhar minha INSATISFAÇÃO EM EXCLUSIVO COM O MARINHEIRO MAURÍCIO, que foi EXTREMAMENTE ARROGANTE comigo e com meus convidados.
O som apresentou problemas e o mesmo me questionou, em um tom extremamente arrogante e sem necessidade nenhuma, se eu aluguei um barco ou o som, constrangendo meus convidados que naquele momento davam suporte na organização do evento, inclusivo o DJ que tentava solucionar o problema no som da embarcação.
O contrato de locação inclui nos itens da embarcação um som, cujo mesmo verifiquei a qualidade em uma visita anterior a data do evento, e que pelas cláusula do contrato é responsabilidade do contratante devolver na mesma qualidade que aluga. No dia do meu evento ( 12/09 ) o som não apresentava a qualidade original, devido a uma falha em um dos subwoofers que integram o equipamento. O responsável apareceu e foi extremamente educado e cortês , solucionou o problema rapidamente. Porém o MARINHEIRO MAURICIO foi EXTREMAMENTE e desnecessariamente ARROGANTE.
I had my birthday yesterday 12/09 on the luxury schooner vessel, I want to share my DISSATISFACTION EXCLUSIVELY WITH THE SAILOR MAURÍCIO, who was EXTREMELY ARROGANT with me and my guests.
The sound had problems and he asked me, in an extremely arrogant tone and without any need, if I rented a boat or the sound, embarrassing my guests who at that time were supporting the organization of the event, including the DJ who was trying to solve the problem in the sound of the vessel.
The rental contract includes a sound in the vessel's items, whose quality I checked on a visit prior to the date of the event, and which, according to the contract clause, it is the contractor's responsibility to return it in the same quality that it rents. On the day of my event ( 12/09 ) the sound didn't present the original quality, due to a failure in one of the subwoofers that integrate the equipment. The person in charge showed up and was extremely polite and courteous, quickly solving the problem. But SAILOR MAURICIO was EXTREMELY and unnecessarily ARROGANT.
