★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pedido ficou um mês em trânsito, rodando por aí, sem ninguém saber aonde. Telefone de contato não existe, e por email me atenderam uma vez, não resolver meu problema é depois não responderam mais. É meu produto que era pra ser entregue em 4 dias está rodando a um mês por aí ainda.
 My order was in transit for a month, running around, without anyone knowing where. Contact phone does not exist, and by email they answered me once, not solving my problem is not answered afterwards. It's my product that was supposed to be delivered in 4 days and it's been running for a month.

Chegando no dia 22/01, que era o prazo que a loja deu pra entrega. Essa mesma empresa atualizou "saída para entrega" TRÊS VEZES em horários diferentes!
Sendo que não foram tentativas, pq eu estava em casa, e avisei os porteiros do condomínio. Se fosse o caso deles quiserem entregar em mãos*
Não confiem seus produtos a eles, não tem responsabilidade, nem com prazos, muito menos com as atualizações...
Isso seeee eu conseguir pegar meu pedido, pq depois dessas atualizações e tentativas fakes eu nem sei!
My product arrived in RJ on 01/15/2021, spent 4 working days NO UPDATES.
Arriving on January 22, which was the deadline the store gave for delivery. That same company updated "outbound delivery" THREE TIMES at different times!
Since there were no attempts, because I was at home, and I warned the condo doormen. If it were the case that they want to deliver it by hand *
Do not entrust your products to them, you have no responsibility, even with deadlines, much less with updates ...
That seeee I manage to get my order, because after these updates and fakes attempts I don't even know!
