The service is still being the worst possible. They did not meet the deadline and there is simply no information on the site. And the 4009-9100 phone hangs up when I choose the PRODUCT TRACKING option

Paguei a mercadoria que comprei , paguei o frete solicitado. Recebi 2 caixas quebradas . Fiz ressalva no ato do recebimento e a empresa não fez nada . Não indico péssimo atendimento aos clientes
I received part of my merchandise broken. 2 boxes. And no one even got in touch. They didn't solve anything at all.
I paid for the goods I bought, I paid the requested shipping. I received 2 broken boxes. I made a reservation at the time of receipt and the company did nothing. I don't recommend bad customer service
