Ainda, a cordialidade dos funcionårios da recepção e limpeza não se reflete nos colaboradores da administração, os quais não se dão ao trabalho de dar bom dia/tarde/noite aos hóspedes.
By local standards, it's a good hotel. However, it leaves something to be desired in simple items such as, for example, laundry service.
Also, the cordiality of the reception and cleaning staff is not reflected in the administration employees, who do not bother to say good morning/afternoon/evening to guests.
