★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um pastel de carne com queijo coalho e um pão árabe de queijo com carne de sol, veio um pastel de queijo e um pão árabe de calabresa. Totalmente errado. Os atendentes dali parece que vivem no mundo da lua, falta profissionalismo e pessoas realmente comprometidas com o trabalho.
I ordered a meat pastry with rennet cheese and a cheese arab bread with sun meat, a cheese pastry and a pepperoni arabic bread. Totally wrong. The attendants there seem to live in the world of the moon, lack professionalism and people really committed to their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Ao fazer um pedido, há algum tempo atrás, o entregador chega aqui no meu prédio SEM MÁSCARA e ainda por cima fazendo reclamações infundadas. Ontém fiz um pedido às 20:10 outro entregador chegou na minha residência,SEM MÁSCARA, às 22:30. Levou MAIS DE DUAS HORAS PARA FAZER UMA ENTREGA! Ao questioná-lo do porquê da demora, ele não chegou nem a responder- simplesmente me ignorou -O QUE EU ACHEI UMA FALTA DE RESPEITO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o cardapio dessa lanchonete e uma maravilha, o problema é o atraso de cada entrega. o dono perdeu bastante cliente devido a isso voce faz 1 pedido de 20h da noite o entregador chega na sua casa com a maior cara de rapariga de 23h da noite achando que ta indo em 1 cabaré e irar está aberta uma casa residencial . por isso parei de comprar ai faz mais de 5 meses; recomendo lanchonetes de mangabeira e geisel para entrega apesar de ser em outro bairro sempre no tempo certo. a mesma coisa são as pizzarias aqui do valentina nenhuma inova com bordas recheadas e sabores bons e um absurdo de preço. sempre pesquise melhor a fazer.
the menu of this cafeteria is wonderful, the problem is the delay of each delivery. the owner has lost a lot of customers due to this you place an order of 8 pm at night the delivery man arrives at your house with the biggest face of a girl at 11 pm thinking he is going to a cabaret and a residential house is open. that's why I stopped buying there more than 5 months ago; I recommend mangabeira and geisel snack bars for delivery despite being in another neighborhood at the right time. the same thing is the pizzerias here at valentina no innovations with stuffed edges and good flavors and an absurd price. always research better to do.

são produtos bons e preços maravilhosos. Mas o que deixa a desejar é o atendimento. Péssimo atendimento!
Vc pede uma coisa vem outra, ou muitas vezes faltando alguma coisa e o pior de tudo pra mim é o tempo de espera. quando vc pede um lanche é pq está com fome. Duas horas esperando, teve uma vez que chegamos da igreja 20:40 pedimos ainda no caminho, pedido veio chegar quase 23hs... já tinha feito cuscuz pra jantar e quando chegou meu esposo mandou voltar. mais por gostar dos produtos a gente sempre acabava pedindo de novo... mais da última vez que novamente demorou duas horas pra chegar e quando chegou as pizzas estavam frias... eles não prezam o cliente e nem respeitam. Tem outras pizzarias no Valentina tmb que acabei descobrindo depois desse aborrecimento, que tmb tem preço e produto bom. JG não mais.

You ask for one thing comes another, or often something is missing and the worst thing for me is the waiting time. when you ask for a snack you are hungry. Two hours waiting, there was a time when we arrived from the church at 8:40 pm we asked while we were on the way, the order arrived almost 11 pm ... I had already made couscous for dinner and when my husband arrived he sent me back. more for liking the products we always ended up ordering again ... more the last time it took two hours to arrive again and when the pizzas arrived they were cold ... they do not cherish the customer nor respect them. There are other pizzerias in Valentina tmb that I ended up discovering after that annoyance, that tmb has a price and a good product. JG no more.
