Total neglect with the client. Practically we have to beg to deliver the promised. They are late in delivery, they do not answer the phone or even call for satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei todos os espelhos da minha casa , inclusive um espelho gigante para sala e faz 3 anos, os espelhos já estão escuros, os produtos são de péssima qualidade. Meu box da cozinha, colocaram mal colocado e estourou.
I bought all the mirrors in my house, including a giant mirror for living room and 3 years ago, the mirrors are already dark, the products are of poor quality. My kitchen stall, misplaced and burst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, produto de qualidade ruim. A instalação feita de modo inadequado, tanto que estourou o vidro sozinho. Liguei para o vendedor e o mesmo disse que nada poderia fazer, o máximo que faria era mandar uma porta de vidro com o preço de custo, isso é faz 2 meses!
Lousy service, poor quality product. The installation was done improperly, so much so that it broke the glass by itself. I called the seller and he said he could do nothing, the most he would do was send a glass door with the cost price, that's 2 months ago!
