★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram uma instalação péssima no box do banheiro, a porta de correr não estava deslizando bem, fiz o comunicado a eles explicando o que estava acontecendo, tinha uma grande folga na guia, depois de muito reclamar eles vieram e trocaram a guia, que por sinal de péssima qualidade, até que a guia quebrou e o vidro estraçalhou em cima de mim na hora do banho e fiquei toda ensanguentada, enviei foto e vídeo do que aconteceu e eles não deram a mínima atenção, simplesmente falaram que tem que encomendar outra porta e ainda por cima pagar mais caro. Eu não recomendo, são péssimos.
They made a bad installation in the bathroom stall, the sliding door was not sliding well, I made the announcement to them explaining what was happening, there was a big gap in the guide, after a lot of complaining they came and changed the guide, which by the way of poor quality, until the guide broke and the glass shattered on top of me when I showered and I was all bloody, I sent a photo and video of what happened and they didn't pay the slightest attention, they simply said they have to order another door and on top of paying more. I don't recommend it, it's terrible.
