★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi muito boa, na última viajem fui muito bem atendido e isso me instigou a contratar os serviços novamente. No entanto a segunda experiência foi frustrante, motorista mal educado, desrespeitoso, sem o mínimo de empatia. Ar condicionado péssimo., e ao questionar o motorista informou que quem passasse mal iria descer e ficar na estrada. Um absurdo. Espero que os responsáveis melhorem essas condições
 It was very good, on the last trip I was very well attended and this prompted me to hire the services again. However, the second experience was frustrating, impolite driver, disrespectful, without the slightest empathy. Bad air conditioning, and when questioning the driver informed that anyone who was sick would get off and stay on the road. Nonsense. I hope those responsible improve these conditions

Pela segunda vez viajando de Gurupi a Marabá, às 23:30, fui obrigada a sentar na cadeira que encontrasse vazia porque a que eu havia comprado estava ocupada. Constrangedor pra mim e pra outra pessoa que estava dormindo. Dessa segunda vez o motorista ainda me tratou mal, quando mostrei minha passagem e ele viu a mala, reclamou do tamanho dela e disse que as poltronas de trás, inclusive uma que eu havia comprado, estava lotada de malas. Pararam pra almoçar no meio da estrada faltando poucos km pra chegar em Marabá, uma demora desnecessária de mais de uma hora. Uma pena estar assim.
Unfortunately, it doesn't have the quality it had at the beginning of the company's activities. For the second time traveling from Gurupi to Marabá, at 23:30, I was forced to sit in the chair I found empty because the one I had bought was occupied. Embarrassing for me and for someone else who was sleeping. This second time the driver still treated me badly, when I showed my ticket and he saw the suitcase, complained about the size of it and said that the back seats, including the one I had bought, were full of suitcases. They stopped for lunch in the middle of the road with only a few km to reach Marabá, an unnecessary delay of more than an hour. A pity to be like this.

Cockroaches everywhere!!!! Goiânia-Maraba trip in bed. And there was a cockroach upstairs too!! I do not recommend the company.
