★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 30/04/22, comprei uma passagem para 20h20. Pra começar, atendimento horrível tanto no guichê, quanto pelos motoristas, todos grossos e sem educação. Atraso pra saída do ônibus de mais de uma hora, fomos sair de marabá 21h30. Ônibus estragou no meio do caminho e não chegou socorro durante 2h30 que ficamos lá esperando, até que apareceu uma carona de outra ônibus as 01h45 da madrugada!!! Onde o ônibus quebrou era muito perigoso, passou uma mulher pedindo socorro dizendo que um homem estava querendo matá-la! Por fim, experiência horrível, não pretendo nunca mais precisar dessa empresa, e nem os outros passageiros que estavam comigo no ônibus.
On 04/30/22, I bought a ticket for 20:20. For starters, horrible service both at the counter and by the drivers, all rude and impolite. More than an hour late for the bus departure, we left Marabá at 9:30 pm. Bus broke down in the middle of the way and no help arrived for 2h30 that we were there waiting, until a ride from another bus appeared at 01h45 in the morning!!! Where the bus broke down it was very dangerous, a woman passed by asking for help saying that a man was trying to kill her! Finally, horrible experience, I don't intend to ever need this company again, and neither do the other passengers who were with me on the bus.
