O dono super ignorante! Paguei a vista e antecipado, entregaram meu pedido errado e depois do prazo dado por eles. Para fazer a troca do pedido demoraram mais de 1 semana para me entregarem e só me entregaram quando meu marido foi na loja. Toda vez no dia da entrega acontecia um imprevisto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo estabelecimento, tudo começa com o proprietário da mesma que para receber é mil maravilhas, mas após o pagamento o mesmo no meu ponto de vista escolhe entregas mais caras para serem realizadas primeiro e não interessa se você pediu a uma semana atrás e a pessoa a dois dias ( digo isso porque fiz uma compra no valor de 600,00 e demorou mais de uma semana para ser entregue, detalhe moro a 10 minutos da loja isso a pé ), e se resolvemos questionar o porquê da demora o mesmo ainda quer ser grosso achando então que está na razão dele, muito 71, muitos materiais tem preços acessíveis porém de que adianta se a qualidade no atendimento e o comprometimento e responsabilidade com relação a eficácia na entrega deixam a desejar !?

Muitas desculpas para justificar atrasos na entrega, tais como caminhão quebrado e atraso no fornecimento de tijolos. Enfim, efetuei o cancelamento da minha compra, e deixo a minha opinião para que vocês, proprietários, melhorem como profissionais e parem de tratar os clientes com tanto desdém.
