★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma pergunta básica para atendente mediante a informação a qual vi no Google de várias disponibilidade de local, a atendente me tratou mal nos áudios com dois áudios super ignorantes e com tom de arrogância, como primeira vez no local e na me deparo com péssimo atendimento, aprendam isso cliente é tudo para vocês, é deles q vem o sustento de cada um de vocês, é por conta deles q vcs evoluir todos os dias praticando, um cliente satisfeito ele compartilha essa satisfação com apenas 1 amigo, um cliente insatisfeito compartilha pra todo mundo, incluindo redes sociais Instagram Facebook whatsapp etc, vamos aprender a tratar melhor as pessoas pós com isso vcs perdem vendas e levam ma avaliação isso é péssimo pra uma empresa a qual quer crescer muito mais, E SEM EDUCAÇÃO ALGUMA AINDA ME BLOQUEIO NO WHATSAPP QUE TREINAMENTO HORRÍVEL É ESSE ? Eu querendo contratar o serviço sou recebido dessa maneira
Em nenhum momento houve difamação da minha parte , apenas não gostei do jeito que a atendente me tratou, e tá registrado os dois áudios dela sem modos pra falar e para explicar, aprendam a receber um " feedback " e procura melhorar e se alinha com o time não continua tratando o cliente mal, pós isso pode ser levado para justiça pós está registrado e cuidado com o que vc fala, pois não sabe com quem está falando , meus parentes conhecem muito bem a lei pois atuam nas áreas , sou um cidadão como qlq outro porém n vou aceitar ser trata assim , o nome a qual aparece no meu perfil FREE FIRE não te desrespeita ok ! N podes julgar ou falar algo sem saber . Apenas aceita o feedback e procura melhorar q é assim q crescemos na vida !
