Encomendei um blusão escolar,me deram um prazo pra entrega e foi bem claro que "entrariam em contato" pra retirada,resumindo,não entraram em contato,se negaram a devolver o valor pago e ainda fui mal tratada ao entrar em contato pra devolução. Me desrespeitou no momento da ligação e deixou claro que não irá devolver. Mas por questão de aprendizado,eles irão me devolver sim! Nem que eu vá até na justiça,só pela falta de respeito que tiver comigo.
Terrible service, rudeness and sarcasm when asked something. Not to mention the lack of respect and empathy with customers. I ordered a school jacket, they gave me a deadline for delivery and it was very clear that they would "contact" to pick it up, in short, they didn't get in touch, they refused to return the amount paid and I was still poorly treated when I got in touch for the return. He disrespected me at the time of the call and made it clear that he will not return it. But for the sake of learning, they will return it to me! Even if I go to court, just for the lack of respect you have with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes mal humorados, ríspidos. Parece que estamos atrapalhando, sem o menor carisma. Sem falar que não tinham peça de mostruário. Tive que comprar "no escuro", esperei 40 dias e não estava tudo pronto. A calça veio pequena e teria que esperar mais 30 dias para a troca.
Enfim, já sabia que era ruim, e paguei para ver. Não volto, e não recomendo para ninguém!
