Encaminhei uma documentação para locação de imóvel e estava faltando apenas um documento que estava dependendo do cartório. Quando entrei em contato para entregar o documento que estava faltando , a corretora nada profissional disse que o imóvel já tinha ido! Simples assim sem me comunicar , nem ao menos entrou em contato .
Atendimento péssimo , atendimento zero !

I forwarded a documentation for the rental of property and there was only one document that was missing from the registry. When I got in touch to deliver the document that was missing, the unprofessional broker said that the property was gone! Simple like that without communicating, not even contacted me.
Terrible service, zero service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito desorganizados! Conduziram as negociações de uma locação de imóvel com um tom agressivo o que nos fez parecer arrogantes junto ao locador do imóvel. Ficamos 2 semanas providenciando documentos e acertando detalhes do contrato (que já estavam combinados verbalmente) para no final cancelarem a locação sem nenhuma oportunidade de revermos nossa proposta. Detalhe, nossa documentação e crédito já estavam aprovados!!
Foram péssimos!
Very disorganized! They conducted the negotiations for a property lease with an aggressive tone which made us appear arrogant with the property lessor. We spent 2 weeks providing documents and agreeing details of the contract (which had already been verbally agreed) and at the end they canceled the lease without any opportunity to review our proposal. Detail, our documentation and credit were already approved!!
They were bad!
