★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa construtora é péssimo, eles não falam com o cliente pessoalmente só via e-mail, manda boleto 10 dias depois do vencimento, temos que ficar cobrando o boleto para chegar no E-mail, manda o valor da prestação errada e o cliente que tem culpa, tenho que pagar com juros ainda, péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após entrega do imóvel diversos problemas que foram constatados durante a vistoria de entrega não foram corrigidos, inclusive entupimento dos banheiros. Já faz 4 meses que estou com a chave e não tenho como utilizar o imóvel.
After delivery of the property, several problems that were found during the delivery inspection were not corrected, including clogging of the bathrooms. It's been 4 months since I have the key and I can't use the property.
