Realizamos uma compra em setembro, com data de entrega para 45 dias. O Paulo ficou de vir fazer as medições em alguns dias após a compra, mas levou mais de um mês para aparecer, e só veio depois de MUITA insistência nossa. Não entregou no prazo, descumpriu inúmeras vezes e o último agendamento para instalação foi feito na semana passada. Hoje, dia 16 de novembro, que era o dia que ele viria instalar, não deu notícias, não apareceu, não atendeu ligações. Depois de muita insistência de nossa parte, mensagens após mensagens e ligações após ligações (calcule o tempo e o estresse...), ele disse que não consegue fazer a instalação pois não tem material. DETALHE: a pagamento já foi realizado, em sua maioria.
Descaso, falta de comprometimento, irresponsabilidade, falta de seriedade: tudo isso resume o "trabalho" realizado pela JN Esquadrias de Alumínio.
Estamos apurando nossos direitos para rever nossos investimentos.
Não passem pela mesma dor de cabeça, procurem outro lugar.

We made a purchase in September, with a 45-day delivery date. Paulo was supposed to come and take the measurements in a few days after the purchase, but it took him more than a month to show up, and he only came after A LOT of our insistence. It did not deliver on time, failed numerous times and the last appointment for installation was made last week. Today, the 16th of November, which was the day he would install it, he didn't give any news, he didn't show up, he didn't answer calls. After a lot of insistence on our part, message after message and call after call (calculate the time and stress...), he said he can't do the installation because he has no material. DETAIL: the payment has already been made, for the most part.
Neglect, lack of commitment, irresponsibility, lack of seriousness: all of this sums up the "work" carried out by JN Esquadrias de Alumínio.
We are investigating our rights to review our investments.
Don't go through the same headache, look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima "empresa", se é que se pode chamar de empresa. Não cumprem prazos, acordos e qualidade de material. Simplesmente ridículo a atitude dos mesmos. Minha casa simplesmente entra agua pelas portas e janelas, não fecha, e a empresa não da nenhuma posição. Perdi o piso laminado por conta das infiltrações nas janelas.
Terrible "company", if you can call it a company. They do not meet deadlines, agreements and material quality. Their attitude is just ridiculous. My house just gets water through the doors and windows, it doesn't close, and the company doesn't give any position. I lost the laminate flooring because of the leaks in the windows.
