★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, mulher loira que atendeu arrogante, perdeu as mercadorias que foram deixadas pra consertar, custou a achar alegou ser bijoterias e por isso n tava nem ai! independente do valor a obrigação é atender bem o cliente e ter responsabilidade, o conserto já tinha sido pago. De maneira nenhuma recomendo.
Terrible service, blonde woman who answered arrogantly, lost the goods that were left to repair, it was hard to find, claimed to be jewelry and that's why it didn't matter! regardless of the value, the obligation is to serve the customer well and be responsible, the repair had already been paid for. I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha namorada foi muito mal atendida na loja, desrespeitada e sub-julgada. Teve seus pertences tachados como " bijouterias" , a atendente não pensou sequer se havia ou não valor sentimental aos itens.
O serviço já havia sido pago e os itens sequer se encontravam disponíveis para retirada.
Não recomendo loja.
A/C proprietário: valorize o cliente, pois é ele quem mantém a loja aberta.
My girlfriend was very poorly attended to at the store, disrespected and under-judged. Her belongings were tagged as "jewelry", the attendant did not even think about whether or not there was sentimental value to the items.
The service had already been paid for and the items were not even available for collection.
Do not recommend shop.
Proprietary A/C: value the customer, as he is the one who keeps the store open.
