â â â â â Sempre compro tudo que preciso na Jober. PorĂ©m hj me surpreendi. Fui devolver uma mercadoria que nĂŁo vou utilizar e nĂŁo estava com a Nota Fiscal fĂsica. NĂŁo quiseram me atender alegando que deveria ter a nota fiscal em mĂŁos para a devolução. Tentei fornecer meu CPF para que o atendente verificasse no sistema mas ele se recusou alegando que nĂŁo tinha controle das vendas. Deu a entender que seria um trabalho dispendioso procurar a minha compra. Obs : SĂ©culo XXI, Computador, NF-e, Nota Fiscal Paulista etç.
Conselho aos clientes: Guardem a nota fiscal de papel ...
Por fim voltei para casa com trĂȘs peças que nunca vou utilizar.
I always buy everything I need from Jober. But I was surprised. I went to return goods that I will not use and did not have the physical Invoice. They didn't want to answer me claiming that I should have the invoice in hand for the return. I tried to provide my CPF for the attendant to check the system but he refused, claiming he had no control over sales. He hinted that it would be an expensive job to look for my purchase. Obs : Century XXI, Computer, NF-e, Nota Fiscal Paulista etç.
Advice to customers: Keep the paper invoice...
Finally I came home with three pieces that I will never use.
