Interessante, em vez de tentar reverter o problema a vossa empresa tenta insinuar uma leve ameaça de divulgação da nossa conversa ? pois divulguem e não fiquei irritado pelo atendente informar sobre a pirataria. Fiquei irritado pera burocracia em passar um orçamento. E não não foi informado que o contato inicial tb seria por e-mail e não pediram cpf apenas cnpj.
E por fim minha única exigência era um orçamento.
