★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha bicicleta para manutenção pós acidente que tive com a mesma, o combinado seria trocar as peças danificadas - paralama e selim, e fazer uma manutenção completa. Deixei a bike em uma quarta para retirar no sábado, chegando lá no dia combinado, primeiramente me trouxeram a bike errada, achei estranho trocarem as rodas, questionei e eles falaram que não tinham trocado... minutos depois de ressaltar vários pontos diferentes na bike perceberam que aquela não era a minha, quando encontraram a minha perceberam que nem tinham mexido nela... queriam fazer as manutenções necessárias naquele momento, eu pedi para que fizessem uma manutenção boa e não rápida e combinei novamente de retirar no próximo sábado. Fui retirar no domingo, chegando lá colocaram um paralama enorme na roda da frente, que esteticamente achei horrível e pedi para retirar. A pessoa que me atendeu deu um desconto na manutenção devido ao atraso e disse para eu deixar o paralama que não cobraria, escolhi o selim e retirei a bike. Fui dar uma volta, e notei que os pedais estavam fazendo muito barulho, as marchas não estavam alinhadas, as mais baixas deixavam a bike patinando, e quase cai ao subir uma rampa na calçada porque o paralama enorme da frente travou na roda. Voltei na segunda, pois retirei a bike no final do expediente no domingo. Chegando lá pedi para tirar o paralama, e mencionei as outras questões. Apesar da má vontade, deu nova olhada nas marchas e pedais e disse que estavam normais, deu até uma volta com a bike e disse que estava ok. Não discuti, levei a bike em outra bicicletaria e em 15 minutos alinharam as marchas e arrumaram o barulho do pedal. Não recomendo, pois além do atendimento desorganizado, agiram com pouco profissionalismo. Paguei por uma manutenção 'completa' que não foi feita devidamente e tive que pagar novamente para ser feita em outro lugar. O pior foi a questão do paralama, pois como que profissionais 'experientes' em manutenção não saberiam que colocar uma peça errada poderia causar um acidente. Eu não pedalava há 2 meses devido ao acidente que tive e quando vou pedalar novamente quase caio de novo por uma manutenção falha. Decepcionante.

I left the bike on a Wednesday to pick it up on Saturday, arriving there on the agreed day, first they brought me the wrong bike, I thought it was strange to change the wheels, I questioned and they said they hadn't changed... minutes after highlighting several different points on the bike they realized that it wasn't mine, when they found mine they realized that they hadn't even touched it... they wanted to do the necessary maintenance at that time, I asked them to do a good and not quick maintenance and arranged again to remove it next Saturday. I went to remove it on Sunday, when I got there they put a huge fender on the front wheel, which aesthetically I found horrible and I asked to remove it. The person who attended me gave me a discount on maintenance due to the delay and told me to leave the fender that wouldn't charge, I chose the saddle and removed the bike. I went for a ride and noticed that the pedals were making a lot of noise, the gears weren't aligned, the lower ones left the bike skating, and I almost fell going up a ramp on the sidewalk because the huge front fender caught the wheel. I came back on Monday, as I took the bike out at the end of work on Sunday. Once there, I asked to remove the fender, and I mentioned the other issues. Despite the unwillingness, he took another look at the gears and pedals and said they were normal, even took a ride on the bike and said it was ok. I didn't argue, I took the bike to another bike shop and in 15 minutes they lined up the gears and fixed the noise of the pedal. I don't recommend it, because in addition to the disorganized service, they acted with little professionalism. I paid for a 'complete' maintenance that was not done properly and had to pay again to be done elsewhere. The worst thing was the fender issue, as 'experienced' maintenance professionals wouldn't know that putting a wrong part could cause an accident. I haven't pedaled for 2 months due to the accident I had and when I go pedaling again I almost fall again due to a faulty maintenance. Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrível!!! levei minha suspensão dianteira para fazer reparo, depois de um tempo me ligaram falando que não compensaria arrumar que o valor iria fica muito caro, quando eles me devolverão a suspensão estava toda marcada com os parafusos todos espanados e toda arranhada, ou seja deixaram pior do que já estava, nota 0
horrible!!!
