★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ligam de manhã para remarcar para 14h. Eu chego pontualmente para me fazerem esperar 40 minutos sentado sem saber de nada. Não mandam mensagem, não ligam, não avisam. Eu que tenho que mandar mensagem para saber o que houve. Incompetentes. Falta de respeito total.
They call me in the morning to reschedule for 2pm. I arrive punctually to be made to wait 40 minutes sitting without knowing anything. They don't text, they don't call, they don't warn. I have to send a message to find out what happened. incompetent. Total lack of respect.
