★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava procurando há muito tempo uma sala comercial, quando vi a oferta da Walker Imobiliária na av. Franklin Roosevelt, 23, Centro.
Meu primeiro contato foi com o Pedro, que, pacientemente e com informações precisas, mostrou-me o imóvel, uma vez, outra vez, de novo e novamente.
Em razão de problemas financeiros para adquiri-la, procurei a alternativa de alugá-la. Tal situação não foi motivo do não atendimento do Pedro, pelo contrário, com o mesmo semblante e paciência, dignos de aplausos!
Posteriormente, conheci o corretor Luís Paulo que, incansavelmente e quase que diariamente, posicionava-me a situação do imóvel, pois havia algumas pendências por parte dos vendedores, as quais uma a uma ele resolveu, situando-me do andamento.
Pois bem, Luís Paulo mostrou as vantagens e a segurança para mi e os vendedores à conclusão da venda. Esse respeito, entusiasmo e vivacidade apresentados não são vistos em corretores imobiliários com quem tive contato ao longo de minhas várias transações imobiliárias.
São essas razões que a Walker está de parabéns e que a credencia para indicações a outros amigos e conhecidos. Indico aos que buscam a venda e locação de imóveis.

I had been looking for a commercial space for a long time, when I saw the offer from Walker Imobiliária on Av. Franklin Roosevelt, 23, Center.
My first contact was with Pedro, who, patiently and with accurate information, showed me the property, again and again, again and again.
Due to financial problems to acquire it, I looked for the alternative of renting it. Such a situation was not the reason for Pedro's non-attendance, on the contrary, with the same face and patience, worthy of applause!
Later, I met the realtor Luís Paulo who, tirelessly and almost daily, positioned me the situation of the property, as there were some pending issues on the part of the sellers, which one by one he resolved, placing me on the progress.
Well, Luís Paulo showed the advantages and security for me and the sellers at the conclusion of the sale. This respect, enthusiasm and vivacity displayed is not seen in real estate agents I have come into contact with over the course of my various real estate transactions.
