★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma completa falta de respeito com o consumidor. Não tem uma semana praticamente que o sinal não cai e ficamos sem internet. A banda contratada não chega, sempre dão um jeito de limitar o consumo. Não recomendo a ninguém. Tenho dois contratos com a empresa e estarei extinguindo os dois por falta de profissionalismo.
 A complete lack of respect for the consumer. It's not been a week since the signal doesn't drop and we don't have internet. The hired band is not enough, they always find a way to limit consumption. I don't recommend it to anyone. I have two contracts with the company and will be terminating both for lack of professionalism.

Com exceção dos primeiros dias após a instalação, NUNCA recebemos a velocidade contratada. Quando efetuei reclamações, me foi dito que o problema era a existência de obstáculos físicos entre o aparelho e o roteador (segundo eles, na conexão via cabo a velocidade seria correta - o que em momento algum havia sido explicado até então).
A internet falha com MUITA frequência, assim como apresenta instabilidade.
O primeiro instalador, e o técnico que veio me ajudar com um problema que exigiu vinda até minha casa, foram extremamente educados e profissionais.
Contudo, hoje (29/05/2021), estava aguardando uma visita técnica que agendei ontem, após não suportar mais as constantes quedas de conexão. O atendente me pediu para aguardar a visita entre 13h e 18h. Ninguém apareceu, ligou ou deu qualquer explicação.
Agora, com o crescimento das ofertas de serviços de internet, tal falta de qualidade se mostra absurda.
We hired the company's services because it was one of the only companies that provided a connection via fiber optics in our condominium.
With the exception of the first few days after installation, we NEVER receive the contracted speed. When I made complaints, I was told that the problem was the existence of physical obstacles between the device and the router (according to them, in the cable connection the speed would be correct - which had never been explained until then).
The internet fails VERY often, as well as being unstable.
The first installer, and the technician who came to help me with a problem that required coming to my house, were extremely polite and professional.
However, today (May 29, 2021), I was waiting for a technical visit that I scheduled yesterday, after no longer withstanding the constant drops in connection. The attendant asked me to wait for the visit between 13:00 and 18:00. No one showed up, called or gave any explanation.
Now, with the growth of internet service offerings, such a lack of quality is absurd.
