1° a pessoa que atende via WhatsApp não tem simpatia e educação.
2° atendimento presencial péssimo, a pessoa não sabe as informações e é de 15 a 20 dias para entregar 4 letras.
WhatsApp service is terrible and the in-person service is even worse.
1° the person who answers via WhatsApp does not have sympathy and education.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto de ir ao local, possui variedades dos produtos que necessito para o meu artesanato. Porém, o atendimento deixa a desejar. Por exemplo, fui surpreendido pela frase de uma das atendentes. Que após eu falar do meu trabalho e mostrar a arte que eu iria fazer, disse “ahh não tem o que fazer!” Achei extremamente deselegante. Até porquê a loja possui produtos para artesanato.
I like to go to the place, it has varieties of products that I need for my crafts. However, the service leaves something to be desired. For example, I was surprised by the phrase from one of the attendants. After I talked about my work and showed the art I was going to do, I said “ahh there’s nothing to do!” I found it extremely dowdy. Even because the store has products for handicrafts.
