★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui conhecer o espaço e fazer um orçamento sem compromisso, demorou quase uma hora para me atender e ainda queria que eu fizesse o tratamento no mesmo dia, quase me obrigando a fazer, sendo que eu só queria saber preços e pensar se iria fazer ou não, nota zero para atendimento ao público não recomendo.
I went to see the space and make a budget without commitment, it took almost an hour to see me and still wanted me to do the treatment on the same day, almost forcing me to do it, and I just wanted to know prices and think if I would do it or not , zero grade for public service do not recommend.

Comecei q fazer tratamento recentemente, infelizmente acabei chegando atrasada por conta da condução e por morar longe. Não levaram em comiseração, e queria remarcar pra outro dia .
Sendo q mesmo estando no local chegando no horário os dentistas demoram de 15 a 20 minutos para atender! Inaceitável! Fora q os funcionários te abordada é totalmente desnecessária

I started treatment recently, unfortunately I ended up arriving late due to driving and living far away. They didn't take it in pity, and I wanted to reschedule for another day.
Since even being on site arriving on time, dentists take 15 to 20 minutes to attend! Unacceptable! Outside the employees approached you is totally unnecessary

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tive uma outra experiência ruim com a dentista mas dessa vez a experiência foi com o rapaz que te chama na rua e o rapaz que te passa orçamento.
Vamos começar pelo rapaz da rua, que disse apenas que me entregaria um informativo e no final me fez entrar na clínica e fazer uma avaliação SEM QUE EU QUISESSE.
Chegamos no rapaz do orçamento, esse é o meu ponto favorito pq mostra que a política da empresa da JP é tratar mal as pessoas.
O cara me sentou na mesa, falou os valores e no final quando eu disse pela milésima vez q não queria ele foi extremamente grosseiro, debochou da profissional da área da saúde que sou, tentou me fazer sentir mal pelos problemas que deveria tratar na minha boca. Uma cena que parecia pegadinha.
E ele ainda teve a coragem de me pedir um voto de confiança kkk Deus me livre de um lugar desse.
Sai extremamente chateada pois pra começo de conversa nem queria entrar nesse lugar ridículo, que pelo jeito continua a enganar pessoas.
I've had another bad experience with the dentist but this time the experience was with the guy who calls you on the street and the guy who gives you a budget.
Let's start with the guy on the street, who said only that he would give me a newsletter and in the end he made me go into the clinic and do an evaluation WITHOUT ME WANTING to.
We got to the budget guy, this is my favorite point because it shows that JP's company policy is to treat people badly.
The guy sat me down at the table, told me the values and in the end when I said for the thousandth time that I didn't want to he was extremely rude, made fun of the health professional that I am, tried to make me feel bad for the problems he should deal with in my mouth . A scene that looked like a prank.
And he even had the courage to ask me for a vote of confidence lol God forbid such a place.
I left extremely upset because I didn't even want to enter this ridiculous place in the first place, which apparently continues to deceive people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quinta feira dia 14 fui abordada na rua por uma rapaz, falei que estava com pressa mais ele disse que só me iria entrega um folheto,e me chamou para subi a escada,chegando lá começou a me mostra o lugar mais perguntei do folheto e falei que estava com pressa,ele fingiu que não me escutou e continuou a mostra o lugar,me chamou entrei em uma sala que tinha uma dentista,ela mandou eu deitar na cadeira mais falei que só tinha subido pq o rapaz me falou para pegar um folheto,ela pediu meu RG (dei, espero que isso não me tragar nenhuma dívida financeira, senão vou atrás dos meu direitos),e pediu para mim abri a boca ali mesmo em pé,depois junto com o rapaz me encaminhou para sala do financeiro,mais eu a todo momento falava que precisava ir embora pois já estava atrasada,a outra mulher mandou eu sentar,falei que não sentaria pois estava atrasada,percebi o descontentamento dela,me deu um cartão então na hora que fui sair tiver que perguntar onde era a saída pq não tinha ninguém para me conduzir sendo que em vista era a primeira vez (e última)que estava naquele local horrendo.
Se eles já começam mentindo assim, imagina o que não pode fazer depois, não recomendo esse lugar para ninguém.
Thursday the 14th I was approached on the street by a young man, I said I was in a hurry but he said he would just deliver me a leaflet, and he called me to go up the stairs, when I got there he started to show me the place but I asked about the leaflet and I said that he was in a hurry, he pretended he didn't hear me and continued to show me the place, he called me I entered a room that had a dentist, she told me to lie down on the chair but I said that I had only gone up because the boy told me to get a brochure , she asked for my ID (I gave it, I hope this doesn't bring me any financial debt, otherwise I'm going to go after my rights), and asked me to open my mouth standing there, then along with the guy he directed me to the finance room, but I kept saying that I needed to leave because I was already late, the other woman told me to sit down, I said I wouldn't sit down because I was late, I noticed her discontent, she gave me a card so when I went out I had to ask where it was the exit because there was no one to lead me r being that in sight it was the first (and last) time that I was in that horrendous place.
If they already start lying like that, imagine what they can't do later, I don't recommend this place to anyone.
