★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que eu não gostei foi o fato do responsável do menor não entrar no consultório no dia da consulta. Num vi isso em nenhum lugar só lá mesmo. Portanto tb não fui no dia da consulta. Não ia deixar minha filha sozinha com uma pessoa que não conheço.
What I didn't like was the fact that the minor's guardian did not enter the office on the day of the consultation. I didn't see it anywhere just there. So I didn't go on the day of the consultation either. I wasn't going to leave my daughter alone with someone I don't know.

Acompanhei o meu namorado em uma consulta recentemente, e ele teve um atendimento excepcional. Encontramos um atendimento de muita cordialidade, atenção e profissionalismo. A recepcionista Larissa e a dentista Evelin foram incríveis e super competentes. Falando por mim, poucos lugares eu pude ser tão bem recebido por uma equipe tão gentil e dedicada, e isso com certeza fez toda a diferença!
Wonderful place!
I accompanied my boyfriend to an appointment recently, and he had exceptional care. We find a service of great cordiality, attention and professionalism. The receptionist Larissa and the dentist Evelin were amazing and super competent. Speaking for myself, few places have I been so well received by such a kind and dedicated staff, and that certainly made all the difference!

Primeiro que quando você chega para uma avaliação eles já te colocam automaticamente para uma limpeza, passamos lá pelo plano e só depois descobrimos que eles ganham bastante quando a pessoa faz limpeza pelo plano, além disso a limpeza que fizeram foi muito ruim, deixaram tártaro ainda sem tirar, fui a outro dentista e ela disse que vai ter que refazer, então liguei no plano e cancelei essa "limpeza" que fizeram na COSB, outro ponto foi que meu marido também passou lá para avaliação e ele tinha alguns tratamentos de parte clínica pra fazer, mas a dentista começou a falar que tinha um monte de outras coisas pra fazer, que por sinal tudo procedimento que o plano não cobre, até aparelho ela quis colocar nele, os dentes dele não são tortos, mas nada de falar de fazer as obturações que ele precisava, passei na mesma doutora e ela fez o mesmo comigo, não tenho nada de parte clinica pra fazer, só queria retirar a contenção, mas ela também arrumou um monte de coisa pra eu fazer na boca e de novo nada do que o plano cobre, enfim, saímos de lá super desapontados, assustados com os valores que foram passados pra gente, desanimados achando que nunca conseguiríamos tratar dos nossos dentes, pois os valores que eles queriam cobram foram altíssimos, graças a Deus encontramos outra clinica e estamos tratando!
Respondendo à empresa: O tempo que uma empresa existe não importa quando a qualidade do serviço prestado é baixa, no meu caso foi o que aconteceu, não tive uma boa experiência com a empresa, acredito que estas avaliações na internet são necessárias e muito úteis para quem está procurando pelos serviços que as empresas disponibilizam e toda empresa deve levá-las em conta e prestar um bom serviço para que seus clientes fiquem satisfeitos e voltem, infelizmente não fui atendida como se deve e por isso não quero entrar em contato com a empresa para que solucionem, como falaram em resposta ao meu comentário, já estou passando em outro dentista e estou bastante satisfeita. Obrigada.

First, when you arrive for an evaluation, they automatically put you in for a cleaning, we go through the plan and only later find out that they earn a lot when the person cleans through the plan, in addition to that, the cleaning they did was very bad, they still left tartar without taking it off, I went to another dentist and she said she'll have to do it again, so I called the plan and canceled this "cleaning" they did at COSB, another point was that my husband also went there for evaluation and he had some clinical treatments to do it, but the dentist started to say that she had a lot of other things to do, that by the way everything procedure that the plan doesn't cover, she even wanted to put braces on it, his teeth are not crooked, but nothing about doing it the fillings he needed, I went to the same doctor and she did the same with me, I have nothing clinical to do, I just wanted to remove the retention, but she also found a lot of things for me to do in the mouth and not see nothing that the plan covers, finally, we left there super disappointed, scared by the values that were passed on to us, discouraged thinking that we would never be able to treat our teeth, because the values they wanted to charge were very high, thank God we found another clinic and we are treating!
Responding to the company: The time that a company exists does not matter when the quality of the service provided is low, in my case that's what happened, I didn't have a good experience with the company, I believe that these evaluations on the internet are necessary and very useful for who is looking for the services that companies provide and every company must take them into account and provide a good service so that their customers are satisfied and come back, unfortunately I was not served properly and that is why I do not want to contact the company for you to solve it, as they said in response to my comment, I'm already seeing another dentist and I'm quite satisfied. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho que reclamar do atendimento das recepcionista pois são bem educadas e atenciosas sempre tbm.nao yenho reclama do meu tratamento a minha reclamação é referente a demora de chamar pro atendimento vc chega no horário marcado pois fica até 1 hora esperando te chamar essa a parte que deveriam melhorar mais e se organizarem mais no chamamento das pessoas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To me esforçando para tentar ir até o final do tratamento, mas tá dificil. Todo mês solta alguma peça do aparelho ( em 29 meses de tratamento pelo menos 15 vezes) e as ultimas vezes sempre no mesmo lugar. Lá vai eu de novo pegar saida do trabalho para passar na emergência. O dentista responsável pediu para eu dar um voto de confiança e tentar mais uma vez que agora iria dar certo ( 3 semanas atrás) mas já a soltou mais duas vezes de la para cá.
Se não derem jeito em janeiro infelizmente vou ter que interromper de vez o tratamento pois desse jeito não evolui o tratamento.
Resumo da opera:
Atendimento das recepcionista - Otimo, pois sempre bem atenciosas e educadas.
Horario de atendimento - Realmente precisam se organizar em 95% atrasam no minimo meia hora.
Atendimento dos dentitas - são atenciosos.
Qualidade do serviço- como citado acima deixa a deixar, problemas são constantes e a todo momento tem que estar arrumando um tempo no trabalho pra ir lá fazer a correção e devido a isso o tratamento se estende muito em relação a avaliação inicial.
Espero ter ajudado as pessoas que queiram seguir o tratamento na Cosb, segue acima os pontos fracos e fortes.
I'm trying to make it to the end of the treatment, but it's hard. Every month, loosen some part of the appliance (in 29 months of treatment at least 15 times) and the last times always in the same place. There I go again to get off work to go to the emergency room. The dentist in charge asked me to give me a vote of confidence and try one more time that now it would work (3 weeks ago) but he has already released her twice more since then.
