★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Planos de Internet que ficam melhores com o tempo e com o mesmo preço. Liguei pra resgatarem a velocidade normal da minha Internet que era 50mb, porque tinham reduzido devido ao meu pagamento atrasado, e me ofereceram um plano de 90mb pelo mesmo preço. Tá valendo super a pena!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet é ótima e sempre entregam mais que o contratado, tanto de up quanto de down, não ligue para a review desse pessoal que postou a cima, provavelmente contratam 10 mb em 2021 e querem ter internet super rápida, ou até pegam via radio ou até uma internet ADSL e ficam metendo o pau na empresa, mas na rela nem sabem o que contrataram, tem defeitos sim! o suporte técnico poderia se mais rápido, demoram muito para vir reparar um problema, e a maioria dos técnicos agem como se tivesse conversando com amigos em uma tabacaria, não tem classe eu diria, mas fora isso o suporte telefônico é ótimo, tenho ela desde o inicio da JP e nunca troquei, ótima internet!
The internet is great and they always deliver more than the hired one, both up and down, don't call the review of those people who posted it above, they probably hire 10 mb in 2021 and want to have super fast internet, or even take it via radio or even an internet ADSL and they keep putting the stick in the company, but in rela they don't even know what they hired, there are defects, yes! the tech support could be faster, they take a long time to come fix a problem, and most technicians act like they're talking to friends in a tobacconist, there's no class I'd say, but other than that the phone support is great, I've had it since the beginning of JP and I never changed, great internet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é regular na recepção, e estão cobrando taxas pra tudo, até pra uma troca simples de vencimento, não emitem mais de uma cópia da promissória mensal do boleto, alegando que o banco não os fornecem, fora. que você paga por uma velocidade e sabemos que não há entregam.

Os planos de Internet cada dia melhor, a Internet é o que oferecem, 360 Mega é 360 Megas fiz o teste.
O ruim é que só trabalham na zona leste ainda.
