Primeira vez o cara ficou resmungando e foi bem grosseiro como sendo que ele achou que eu n estava mais na linha e n escutei.
Hj liguei novamente e pedi pro meu namorado falar pq ele já havia feito uma ignorância comigo antes.
ele atendeu meu namorado com e seguinte resposta.
"Hj é domingo cara,estou aqui com a minha esposa".
Eu só liguei pra n dá viagem perdida pois no site diz que hj a loja se encontra aberta de 08:00 às 18:00 e durante a semana n țenho muito tempo.
Enfim cara escroto n sabe lidar com o público,se n gosta de dá informação e n sei pq escolheu essa profissão.
Se n quer ser incomodado está no lugar errado.
Outro conselho que dou a empresa é atualizar os horários de funcionamento no site já que o "ogro" em questão n quer se incomodado.
It is already the second time that I have tried information over the phone and I am being treated badly.
First time the guy was mumbling and it was very rude as he thought I was no longer in line and I didn't listen.
Hj called again and asked my boyfriend to talk because he had already done an ignorance with me before.
he answered my boyfriend with and following reply.
"Today is Sunday, man, I'm here with my wife".
I just called n for lost trip because on the website it says that today the store is open from 08:00 to 18:00 and during the week I don't have much time.
Anyway, scruffy guy doesn't know how to deal with the public, if he doesn't like to give information and I don't know why he chose that profession.
If you don't want to be disturbed you are in the wrong place.
Another piece of advice I give the company is to update the opening hours on the website since the "ogre" in question does not want to be bothered.
