★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive esse atendimento maravilhoso dos relatos abaixo, inclusive levei uma bike praticamente nova (*que não comprei lá*) para verificação rápida, por conta de ter uns quatro anos de comprada(adquirida de um amigo) sem uso algum, porém lubrificada de 3 em 3 meses. Acontece que os parafusos da mola traseira estavam meio frouxos(e só), isso foi o suficiente pro mecânico de lá detonar a bike, dizer que o problema da bicicleta era o quadro, que precisaria passar em uma retífica de peças (o detalhe é que a bike não tinha uso)... percebi que lá não vendia bikes com essa mola traseira e que a bike de menor valor vendida lá girava em torno de $1800 e a que levei custa no máximo uns $700, percebi menosprezo até mesmo do proprietário quando eu questionava sobre a possibilidade de realizar algumas alterações na bike, onde dizia que "qualquer alteração que quisesse iria gastar", sugerindo ao meu entender que não teria como pagar.
Se atender "BEM" clientes que não adquiriram suas bikes não é uma opção, deixem isso claro, mas não menosprezem ninguém.

If you answer "WELL" customers who have not bought your bikes, it is not an option, make that clear, but do not belittle anyone.
