Solicitei que fossem feitos patchs para colocar velcro (em dois fardamentos com modelos diferente), alinhei com a atendente que faríamos uns patchs de 10cm, a posição em cada um dos dois fardamentos e a data de entrega, falei que precisava de urgência pois dependia deles para trabalhar. Depois de tudo combinado o prazo de entrega atrasou 4 dias (sou prestador de serviços), no dia que cheguei pra buscar decobri que o circulo de 10 cm virou 12cm (praticamente um botton de campanha politica americana) porque eles acharam que ficaria melhor (a desculpa é que nao ficaria visivel), ainda costuraram os velcros quase na axila do uniforme, mostrando o total desconhecimento sobre alinhamento de bordados... bem, o velcro levei pra uma costureira refazer e o bordado com a bandeira do Brasil, eu perdi... pois bem, tudo que pedir não foi atendido, aliás, apenas os patchs ficaram excelente. Tempo e dinheiro jogados fora. Tem mais, é uma empresa do "não", nao sei senhor, nao sei dá, nao tá pronto, nao sei se a costureira vem hoje, nao dá pra entregar... como se nao bastasse acordar uma coisa e eles fizessem outra, ainda existe um ar enorme de insegurança no que tange saber se vai dar certo ou nao o que pedi.... até pensei em dar uma chance pra refazerem a costuma, amas o descaso e nao saber nem se vai ter costureira pra terminar o serviço foi a gota d`água, primeira e ultima vez. Nao aconselho a ninguém.
First and last time. I asked for patches to be made to put velcro (in two uniforms with different models), I aligned with the attendant that we would make 10cm patches, the position in each of the two uniforms and the delivery date, I said I needed urgency because it depended on them to work. After everything agreed, the delivery time was 4 days late (I'm a service provider), the day I arrived to find that the 10 cm circle turned 12 cm (practically an American political campaign button) because they thought it would be better (the excuse is that it would not be visible), they still sewed the velcroes almost in the axilla of the uniform, showing the total lack of knowledge about the alignment of embroidery ... well, the velcro I took to a seamstress to redo and the embroidery with the Brazilian flag, I lost. .. well, everything you asked for was not met, in fact, only the patches were excellent. Time and money wasted. There’s more, it’s a “no” company, I don’t know sir, I don’t know, it’s not ready, I don’t know if the seamstress comes today, I can’t deliver ... as if it wasn’t enough to wake up one thing and they did another, there is still a huge air of insecurity when it comes to knowing if it will work or not what I asked for ... I even thought of giving it a chance to redo the usual, love the neglect and not even know if there will be a seamstress to finish the job it was the last straw, first and last time. I don't advise anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Atendente não sabe informar valores. Ninguém dá um orçamento concreto. Ficam passando de atendente e atendente pra passar orçamento que nem sabem o valor certo.

Onde me deixaram plantada no sol, do lado de fora sem ter a educação nem de dizer se podiam me atender.Se não iriam atender era só ter dito.Estou relatando a vcs essa minha péssima experiência de consumidora na esperança de que vcs recebam como algo construtivo e que isso não aconteça com nenhum de seus futuros clientes.

Where they left me planted in the sun, outside without having the manners or even to say if they could answer me. If they wouldn't answer, they would just have said. constructive and that this does not happen to any of your future customers.
