E na hora que o meu carro estava na frente da rampa um outro funcionário disse que tinha outro carro, disse que o primeiro funcionário tinha esquecido.
Tem que ter respeito com os clientes e profissionalismo.
I always liked their services, but I won't come back. I took mine to line up today and the employee said there was only one car in front. And when my car was in front of the ramp, another employee said he had another car, he said that the first employee had forgotten.
You have to have respect for customers and professionalism.
