★ ★ ★ ★ ★ já foi bom mais esta tendo muita instabilidade ,isso quando não trava e fica lenta liguei lá fazem as atualizações remotamente ,reinicia o modem mais mesmo assim depois volta novamente a ocorrer o mesmo fato , o técnico da outra vez veio em minha residência pq lá não conseguiram resolver mexeu ,atualizou o modem e depois de muito tempo conseguiu resolver mais não fez a troca do modem da qual teria que fazer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente é raro passar uma semana sem que não haja problemas com a Internet nessa empresa. Vou detalhar mais especificamente:
1-) A Internet cai constantemente (SEMANALMENTE E VÁRIAS VEZES AO DIA) e o problema ou é mal resolvido, ou demora demais para resolver. Hoje por exemplo, 26/11/2021, entrei em contato tantas quantas QUATRO VEZES para questionar as frequentes quedas no sinal. Nas primeiras duas vezes, foi-me dito que os técnicos estavam atuando.(A equipe técnica é ótima. Começa o serviço 10:30h e quando são 18:30h - 8 horas depois - o problema persiste.)Em cada uma delas o sinal voltou, porém permaneceu menos que duas horas. Na terceira vez, por volta das 17:15h, liguei na empresa mas caiu na caixa postal. Na quarta e derradeira vez consegui falar com um atendente que disse que a solda feita pelos técnicos não ficou boa e que o problema seria TALVEZ resolvido AMANHÃ.
2-) Tenho notado que a velocidade da Internet tem sido bem menor do que eu pago. Usando o site FAST.COM cheguei a detectar velocidades de 5mb/s. Quando funciona mais ou menos bem chega 12mb/s. ( Eu pago R$99,90 por 50mb/s ). Tudo bem que eu uso WI FI, mas CHEGAR MENOS DA METADE DA METADE é um verdadeiro tapa na minha cara.
Sem mais, BOA CONEXÃO A TODOS QUE LEREM ISSO.
PS: ( SE SUA INTERNET FOR DA JR TELECOM TALVEZ NÃO CONSIGA LER . NESSE CASO USE DADOS MÓVEIS, OU AGUARDE O SERVIÇO DA STAR LINK DE ELON MUSK CHEGAR A TERRA PRETA ).
Unfortunately, it's rare for a week to go by without Internet problems at this company. I'll detail more specifically:
1-) The Internet goes down constantly (WEEKLY AND SEVERAL TIMES A DAY) and the problem is either poorly resolved or takes too long to resolve. Today, for example, 11/26/2021, I got in touch as many as FOUR TIMES to question the frequent drops in the signal. The first two times, I was told that the technicians were working. (The technical team is great. The service starts at 10:30 am and when it is 6:30 pm - 8 hours later - the problem persists.) In each of them, the signal returned, but stayed less than two hours. The third time, around 5:15 pm, I called the company but it went to voicemail. On the fourth and last time, I managed to speak to an attendant who said that the welding done by the technicians was not good and that the problem would MAYBE be resolved TOMORROW.
2-) I have noticed that the internet speed has been much lower than what I pay for. Using the FAST.COM website I detected speeds of 5mb/s. When it works more or less well it reaches 12mb/s. (I pay R$99.90 for 50mb/s). Okay I use WI FI, but GETTING TO LESS THAN HALF A HALF is a real slap in the face.
Without further ado, GOOD CONNECTION TO EVERYONE THAT READ THIS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet de ótima qualidade! No início tive alguns problemas com queda do serviço, mas ja fazem mais de 6 meses que não tive mais problemas, se continuar assim esta ótimo.

Recomendo outra empresa de internet .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [ATUALIZANDO] - Uma vez por semana eu tenho que abrir chamado porque a internet SEMPRE FALHA, é completamente instável. Nas ligações ou atendimento por wpp, ou você é mal atendido, ou simplesmente não sabem dar uma previsão para solucionar o problema. Pelo péssima entrega que a empresa oferece, essa nota de 2.5 aqui no Google acaba sendo até alta, não deveriam passar de 1.5.

Solicitei instalação dia 28. Dia 03 já não tinha internet. Não há suporte 24h, atendimento é impreciso e, no dia da instalação, um morador daqui parou os técnicos e começou a reclamar muito da internet (que nunca funcionava, segundo ele); nessa hora vi que tinha entrado numa furada...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, colocamos a internet aqui acreditando na propaganda que a própria empresa nos fez, que afirmava que a rede, por ser fibra, era realmente boa e entrega até mais que empresas maiores. Contudo a internet somente é boa quando há sinal, as quedas são frequentes, a ponto de ficar horas e horas sem sinal. O suporte por telefone e wpp é impreciso, limitado e apenas em horário comercial. Ou seja, se você tiver um compromisso de trabalho muito cedo ou final da tarde e ficar sem internet, não haverá suporte, não haverá resposta ou solução a tempo. Para quem usa a internet a trabalho e mora na região atendida pela JR., aconselho a procurar outras empresas antes de fechar ou, se fechar, não contratar plano com fidelidade.
